Employee Engagement Manager

The Employee Engagement Manager plays a major role in designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives, including stakeholder management plans, communication strategies, and analytics to pinpoint focus and action plans. Supports awareness campaign, development and operational programs focused on improving manager and leader effectiveness. Defines and deploys strategies to collect feedback from employees throughout the employee life cycle. Work with client executives and senior leaders all over the firm to enhance executive, manager, and supervisor effectiveness through feedback and coaching, analyze results, identify trends and make recommendations to improve and maintain high levels of employee engagement
